10:00 am start 🌞 1hr (8-10k approx)
We are hosting another Sunday long run this weekend at Rouge Park on October 27th
Commit to the 2hr long run or come for 1hr, both starting at 9:00am.
Late start is at 10am, where runners can join us for the last hour, when we swing by the halfway point to refuel and drop off the first group of 1hr runners.
